As an experienced storyteller, I'm helping transform Glassdoor from the 'review site' that millions of people love into a community for ‘real talk’ about all things work, life and beyond. As Public Relations Manager on Glassdoor’s Corporate Communications team, I rally my colleagues around marketing and comms activations that elevate the company’s reputation and consideration among B2C and B2B audiences. Beyond leading data-driven external consumer campaigns, I’m also experienced and passionate about product, change management, M&A, crisis and other comms verticals. 

 

So far in my career, some passion projects included launching Glassdoor’s first Pride Month campaign, spearheading a competitive analysis for Dolby Cinema and partnering on “The Greatest Showman” movie premiere at Cunard – and there’s certainly more to come.

Glassdoor is the worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies. As a member of Glassdoor's Corporate Communications team, Tyler leads the consumer PR program, spearheading communication and marketing campaigns while working with a wide range of top tier media focused on technology, business, diversity & inclusion, corporate momentum and beyond to drive Glassdoor’s story and help everyone find a job and a company they love. Tyler began working at Glassdoor in August 2018.

Dolby changes the way people experience entertainment in the cinema, on the go, in the home and at work. As the Product PR intern, Tyler supported press events and media relations efforts to earn coverage for new Dolby Cinema locations, prepared holiday gift guides and spearheaded a competitive analysis and strategic recommendation project. Tyler interned at Dolby during the summer of 2018.

Cunard is a luxury cruise line operating ocean liner, Queen Mary 2, and sister ships, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. As the PR and marketing intern, Tyler drafted brochure copy, planned for trade shows and launched the North America Sales Facebook page by writing monthly video scripts and planning weekly content calendars. While completing his senior year at Ohio University, Tyler stayed on as a PR and trade marketing contractor from October 2017 to August 2018.

Fresh Mark helps families plan dinner around the world by manufacturing hot dogs, bacon and ham products. Tyler managed weekly marketing events by traveling to 45+ local stores to provide product samples, generate email leads and conduct consumer marketing research. Tyler interned at Fresh Mark during the summer of 2016.
